New Site Layout

A brief update here: now that the 12th Street SE Bridge has been completely removed it seemed a good time to change the theme and re-fresh the site. The changes are designed to condense the information and provide a more logical layout.

Coming in the near future will be a condensed page of the old bridge’s last days, drawing from Lift Day, my own tweeting, pictures, etc to provide a timeline of the bridge’s removal. As well, the long planned and promised annotation pages will also begin to roll out soon.

And on the original site, Strictly A River Crossing, I’ve refreshed the home page and with luck a new article on the history of Calgary bridges will be launching there soon!

Do you like the new look for the site? Let us know what you think!

Thanks!

A brief personal note, I’ve had a chance to also update my personal website. Its still very much a work in progress, but if you get a chance, pop over to jackhope.ca and take a look!
